Hi! My name is Bethany and I’m a gardener and designer currently based in Virginia. My formal training is in fine art and sculpture, but after exploring many different artistic mediums, I decided to devote my practice to working with places and plants. The intent of my work is to create beautiful spaces that are healing for the earth and everyone on it. For me this means using native plants and ecologically sustainable and regenerative practices as much as possible. In addition to my gardening and design work I run a native plant nursery with a friend that specializes in edible and medicinal plants.
